Trainee Store Manager (m/f/d) - Bad Endorf

Your Tasks

During the 12-month trainee period we will fully prepare you to manage a Denns organic supermarket – your first leadership role.

As store manager (m/f/d) you are a responsible team player, fully involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and lead your Denns store forward.

12-month trainee programme

• 4 months as deputy manager
• 4 months as acting manager
• 4 months induction as store manager (m/f/d)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial education
• Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail, plus initial leadership experience
• Commitment, willingness to take responsibility and strong team spirit
• Openness to new ideas and interest in organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality ready to assume leadership
